A new motto for a new year

Always give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord, because you know that your labour in the Lord is not in vain.

2007 Anniversary

17-18th March 2007

Church Anniversary Weekend.

We were joined by Roy Connor, who spoke after dinner on Saturday night, and at both our worship services on Sunday.

Services at 11 and 6.30pm.

Knaphill Women's Anniversary

  The ladies celebrated their anniversary on Sunday 6th May at our morning service. The speaker was Mrs Valerie Griffiths

2007 Open Day

Saturday 19th May 2007
10.00 am - 12.00 noon

An annual open invitation to our friends and neighbours to find out how this little church has served God for over one hundred and forty years. We hope you were able to come and see the wide range of activities covered by our church family.

There were be a number attractions, including:

  • sale of Bedding Plants, Cakes and Crafts
  • Free Refreshments
  • Displays of the activities of the church
  • Model Tram and Railway Layouts

This was a good opportunity to come and visit our welcoming and friendly Church

September 16th - Missionary Sunday

A day when we looked at the work of Missionaries around the world and focused on the work of our family Missionary organisation, the BMS World Mission. There were services as usual at 11 and 6.30, and which included video material on the work of the BMS.

September 22nd / 23rd - Harvest Celebrations

Our Harvest weekend was September 22nd / 23rd when we celebrated the goodness of God in providing all we need. There was be dinner on Saturday and our worship services as usual on Sunday. We heard news and celebrate the work of Operation Agri - a Baptist Agricultural Mission organisation, who are trying to fulfil the old adage that if you give a man a fish he eats for a day - teach him to fish and he's set for life.
